Your First Visit

Your first appointment will be about getting to know each other. This consultation will help us learn about your goals and your medical history and we will talk about your treatment options.

Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as your initial appointment. However, a thorough evaluation of your medical history and development of a treatment strategy will normally require the full consultation with a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

You can save some time by filling out our New Patient Registration Form before arriving for your first visit. The form will help us understand your medical history and provide other useful information for your possible treatment.

Other helpful information that you can collect before your first visit:

  • X-Rays (if applicable)
  • Any current medicines you are prescribed
  • If you have dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and
allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT:
Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian on their first consultation visit.

Please let us know of any relevant medical conditions or medications before surgery in case they may interfere with treatment.

Payment Options

We strive to provide the greatest convenience and flexibility to our patients, which is why we offer many ways for you to plan and pay for your treatment.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express, as well as personal checks and most insurance plans. We also offer a special CareCredit dental financing option to make your dental care manageable and affordable.

Please feel free to contact us for additional dental financing information and arrangements. We’re happy to answer any questions you have and inform you about all your options.
