At Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. Please note that we participate in a number of dental PPO's such as MetLife, Delta,and Aetna. HOWEVER, due to the quality of care we provide and the cost of providing that care, we cannot participate in HMO plans. We feel these plans traditionally allow fees which are unrealistically low.

PLEASE ASK IF WE ARE A PROVIDER FOR YOUR NETWORK. NATURALLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE WE WILL BE PLEASED TO ACCOMODATE YOUR NEEDS.

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement. Normally your insurance card is enough.
